The TL431 and TL432 devices are three-end adjustable parallel regulators that meet the predetermined thermal stability within the predetermined automotive level, commercial level and military stage temperature range. The output voltage can be set to any value between VREF (about 2.5V) and 36V by two external resistors. These devices have a 0.2Ω output impedance typical value. Active output circuitry provides a very sharp conduction characteristic, so that these devices have become an excellent alternative to Zener diode in many applications, including board regulating, adjustable power and switching power supplies.

The TL432 device has the same function and electrical characteristics as the TL431 device, but has different DBV, DBZ, and PK package pins arrangement. Both TL431 and TL432 devices have three equivalents of B, A and standards, from 0.5%, 1%, and 2%, respectively, at 25 ° C, respectively. In addition, low output warm drifting ensures excellent stability within the entire temperature range.

The TL43XXC device running temperature range is 0 ° C to 70 ° C, and the TL43XXI device operates ranges from -40 ° C to 85 ° C, and the TL43XXQ device operates ranges from -40 ° C to 125 ° C.
