Nuvoton NuMicro® M031 and Nuvo3 series of Nuvoton's new generation flagship microcontrollers are based on the low voltage and wide range of Arm Cortex-M0 core. Temperature, with USB, large-capacity microcontroller, operating voltage is 1.8 ~ 3.6V, provides a voltage interface as low as 1.8V. Operating temperature -40℃ to 105℃ industrial grade specifications, system clock up to 48/72 MHz, configuration up to 512 KB Flash and 96 KB SRAM.
