GTM LCD screen integration solution G5125T11U

The G5125T11U boost converter contains 0.7Ω switches inside. The IC operates at a constant frequency, 1MHz, allowing the use of miniature, low cost and low profile inductors and capacitors. The IC operates from a 2.7V-5.5V supply voltage and can boost the supply voltage output up to 30V. The large inrush current at startup is eliminated using the soft-start function. The constant frequency-current mode PWM structure results in low, predictable output noise. The G5125 includes 850mA per cycle current limit for maximum inductor current and over temperature protection circuitry.

G5125T11U is suitable for small and medium-sized high-bias constant-current LCD screens for PDAs and other portable devices. Supplied in SOT-23-5 package.
