The NuMicro M031BT series has a working frequency of up to 48 MHz and built-in up to 128 KB Flash and 16 KB SRAM. It has a wealth of peripheral I/O such as a highly flexible Universal Serial Control Interface (USCI) that can be configured as UART, I2C or SPI, and 3 groups. 6 MHz UART and can support single-wire transmission, etc. In addition, operating at 1.8V to 3.6V working voltage, built-in 32-bit hardware multiplier/divider, up to 5-channel PDMA, 16-channel 12-bit 2 MSPS high sampling rate ADC can run at 1.8V low voltage, providing accurate and Fast performance, 12-channel 96 MHz PWM can quickly respond and accurately control external devices.

Each M031BT has a 96-bit unique chip serial number (Unique Identification, UID) and a 128-bit unique customer identification (UCID), which greatly improves product confidentiality and code security.


Compared with traditional BLE SoCs that provide simple peripheral integration solutions, NuMicro M031BT series has built-in rich peripherals and excellent analog control functions, which not only greatly reduces the PCB size, but the QFN48 package area is only 5mm x 5mm, which also reduces the difficulty of RF layout. Nuvoton transparently transmits the sample code to make the application development of Bluetooth low energy very easy.
